In addition to the renewable energy side of the buisness, Jamie is an accomplished and resourceful welder, rigger and diesel mechanic. Below are some of the rigging projects he has undertaken. On the left is Eda Frandsen, a 75 foot Gaff cutter which was bought as a wreck and totally restored by Jamie and his family. Jamie was solely responsible for all the fabrication of fittings and tankage, a total re-condition of the 1969 Kelvin engine and all the rigging. On the Right is the Sail Training Ship "Stavros Niarchos" a UK based tall ship. Here she is lying in a yard in the Canary Isles on a refit and Jamie was part of the team that went out to examine and survey her rig to keep up with Lloyds Insurance requirements. We can design, build, repair or maintain any form of traditional rigging afloat or ashore.
